Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
Our returns and refund policy is valid for 7 days from the date you receive your item. If 7 days have passed since you received your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product’s original seal must not be broken. The item must also be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
For any claims of damaged, missing, or incorrect products, you must provide a continuous, unedited video of the unboxing process. The video must clearly show the parcel in its original sealed state before you begin opening it. Claims without this video proof will not be accepted.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact our support team via email at contact@happydoglover.com, by phone, or on WhatsApp at +91 98002 66075. If you are claiming a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, please have your unboxing video ready to share.
Once your request is reviewed and approved by our team, you will be notified and can proceed with returning the product. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to us without receiving approval.
Non-Returnable Items & Services
Several types of goods and services are exempt from being returned. These include:
Products where the original seal has been broken.
Perishable goods such as food or flowers.
Intimate or sanitary goods.
Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Gift cards.
Downloadable software products once they have reached the “processing” stage.
Services that have been rendered, including Phone Advice consultations where the call has been connected.
Some health and personal care items.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, you must email our customer care team at contact@happydoglover.com or call us or request a return by visiting https://www.happydoglover.com/return/ within 60 minutes of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped or communicated verbally.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days of receiving the item.
If approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment or provided as store credit within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
All refunds will be made after deducting any applicable charges, which may include transaction fees levied by the bank or payment gateway, shipping/courier costs (both ways), customs duties, and any other charges borne by happydoglover.com.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable. Furthermore, no cash will be refunded against a cancellation or return; refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit/vouchers.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still have not received your refund, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you’ve done all of this, please contact us at contact@happydoglover.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, subject to the video proof requirement mentioned above. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at contact@happydoglover.com and, upon approval, send your item to the physical address we provide.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail it to the physical address provided by our support team. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it. For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, a refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Additional Terms & Disclaimers
Incorrect Data: We are not responsible for and will not issue refunds for orders placed with incorrect data provided by the customer. Please email us at contact@happydoglover.com within 60 minutes of your order to request changes.
Post-Delivery Damage: The customer assumes full responsibility for any damage that occurs to a product after it has been delivered.
Product Appearance: While we strive for accuracy, the picture of a product on the website may differ slightly from the original item. Refunds will not be issued on this basis.
Service Disclaimer: The products and services offered (e.g., astrological advice, gems) are not a replacement for medical, philosophical, or emotional treatment. happydoglover.com holds no liability regarding the astrological effects of products, and no refunds will be issued on this ground.
Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to Malda under (Kolkata) Jurisdiction.
Policy Changes: happydoglover.com reserves the right to cancel, change, or replace any policy without prior notice.
